Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Unexpected events happen and recognizing this, Lazaderm requires a 24-hour notification on weekdays and a 48-hour notification on Saturday appointments.

  • Filler treatments require a $20 deposit that will be applied toward your treatment.

  • Botox patients who repeatedly no-show without a cancellation will require a $20 down payment after 3 offenses.

  • Clients who have had a history of "no show", we require a $20 down-payment upon scheduling your appointment which will be used towards your scheduled treatment. In respect of the time we have allotted in our schedule, this $20 will be forfeited in the event of "no shows" or cancellation in less than 24 hours.

Late Arrivals

  • To ensure the quality of service to all, please call us if you are arriving late.

  • This will be treated on a case-to-case basis, we will determine if there is enough time for the treatment or reschedule.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is the responsibility of the client at the time of service.

  • Lazaderm accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, and all major credit cards, and Lazaderm gift cards.
