Collagen Stimulator
SCULPTRA
Sculptra is a unique product because it contains poly-L-lactic acid, which is a substance that stimulates collagen production. The results from Sculptra are natural, although not as immediate as other fillers. Fullness is gradually restored by the production of collagen, which smoothes wrinkles and folds over time.
Sculptra is the only FDA-approved PPLA facial injectable treatment. Clinical studies have shown results can last 25 months. 80.0% of patients rated their results as “good to excellent” at 25 months.

How long does it take to notice the result of dermal filler ?
Typically most patients can notice the instant results immediately after the procedure. During your initial consultation, our filler injector will talk with you about different types of filler and how long it takes to produce the optimal results.
Does dermal filler help eliminate wrinkles and folds?
Though dermal fillers cannot give a permanent result for wrinkle elimination. Wrinkles occur because, as the body ages, fat deposits in the face break down and disappear. This causes skin to sag and form lines and wrinkles.
When dermal fillers are strategically injected into the facial skin, they fill in the areas that the fat deposits have abandoned. By restoring the volume beneath the skin, wrinkles and fine lines are smoothed away. Results last from six months to a year, and when combined with other skin care treatments – such as Botox – they are highly effective at reducing the signs of age.
Dr. Peffley by far is the best injector I have found in the east valley. I've had some bad luck in the past with fillers and injectors injecting me in the wrong places. I never noticed a difference OR the filler made it worse! I've never EVER been happier with my results. I keep staring at myself in the mirror! She's so patient and will let you watch in a mirror as she injects you. She checks in with you frequently to make sure your actually seeing a difference as she injects you. No pain....AND in my opinion a great price for the results I have!!!! Their new location is beautiful and so clean!
