We currently have 5 Lazaderm® practices across South Dakota, Iowa, North Dakota and Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Set up procedure rooms

  • Prepare room for upcoming procedures

  • Stock rooms with medical supplies

  • Mix Botox and Sculptra

  • Bring patients from lobby to procedure room

  • Take “before” and “after” pictures

  • Update medical history and current medications from patients and chart in PatientNow

  • Assist Physician and Nurse Practitioner

  • Clean rooms after Physician or Nurse Practitioner finishes with patient

  • Call in medications for patients

  • Autoclave/MicroAire medical tools as necessary

  • Perform receptionist/hostess duties.

  • Patient payments and scheduling in procedure room

  • Help perform Liposuction pre-ops

  • Maintain patient confidentiality

Other Responsibilities

  • Ordering:

    • Topicals

    • Maintain inventory of Botox and fillers and order as needed

  • Clean and dust rooms as needed

  • Attend trade shows and company meetings as required

Position Requirements:

  • Associates of Science degree (2 years minimum) in Medical Assisting

  • Previous work experience is a plus

  • Licensure through SDBMOE

  • Time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills

  • Outgoing, friendly personality

  • Team player

  • Knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Mail

  • Desire to learn and is ambitious

  • Knowledgeable about all products and services Lazaderm offers

  • Awareness of security and safety procedures for clients, coworkers, and company assets
