What We Are Doing:

  2. We will take extra precautions and sanitize between each patient.

  3. We will limit the number of people in our clinic at all times.

  4. We will wear face masks and sanitize our hands regularly.

  5. We will check staff members’ temperatures regularly.

Here is what we kindly ask of our patients:

  1. Please come to your appointment alone.

  2. Please wait in your car until we call you to enter the clinic.

  3. Please wear your own face mask.

  4. If you are sick or not feeling well, please do not come to your appointment.

  5. Please expect to have your temperature taken prior to your appointment.
